Urban Quest does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal identifiers such as your name or email address within the App.

The App collects precise location data (GPS) to enable its core features.

We use location data to:

  • Guide you to real-world story locations
  • Unlock and trigger content upon arrival
  • Enable progression through experiences
  • Detect when you arrive at locations

Location data may be accessed:

  • While the App is in use (foreground)
  • In limited cases while the App is running in the background, solely to support core functionality such as arrival detection

Location data is:

  • Not used for advertising or marketing
  • Not sold to third parties
  • Used only to provide the App’s functionality

If you disable location permissions, the App will not function as intended.

c. Purchase Information

When you make purchases in the App:

  • Transactions are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • Subscription and purchase management is handled by RevenueCat

We do not collect or store your full payment details.

We may process or receive an anonymous user identifier (such as a RevenueCat App User ID) to enable purchase validation and content access.

d. Push Notifications

The App may collect a device push notification token to send you notifications related to App functionality, such as:

  • Arrival confirmations
  • Story progression updates

Push notifications are used solely for App functionality and not for marketing purposes.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
